Buying heels online comes with one real worry: will they fit? Here's how our sizing works, how it converts to UK and US, and what to do if you land between two sizes.
The short version
Our heels use EU sizing and fit true to size. They're built on a narrower Italian last, so if you're usually between two sizes, go up rather than down.

How to check your size at home
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, and measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres. Do both feet - most people have one that's slightly longer - and go by the bigger number. Measure at the end of the day, when your feet are at their largest.
If you're between sizes
Size up. A narrow last means a close fit to start with, and a heel that's a touch roomy is far easier to wear all evening than one that pinches across the toes. A thin insole sorts out any small gap; a shoe that's too tight can't be fixed.
