Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, and we ship via FedEx. Typically, orders will arrive within 3 to 7 business days in the EU and 5-8 business days in other countries, but you may receive your items earlier.
When the order is dispatched, an email is sent to the Customer with order tracking details. After 24 hours from order dispatch, it is possible to track the order by clicking the tracking link included in the email.
For deliveries to Non-EU countries, the customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery times. Products shall, in any case, be delivered within 30 days in accordance with the terms foreseen by laws in force.
Couriers will make three attempts to deliver the goods. After the third attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
